My son joined Primrose Cupertino when he was 15 months old, and our experience has been wonderful. The school has excellent facilities, a warm and welcoming environment, and a truly caring staff.
One thing that stands out is how every staff member knows my child's name and greets him enthusiastically every day. That personal touch makes a huge difference and shows how much they genuinely care about the children. About four months ago, my son learned how to give fist bumps from Mr. Jacob, the chef, and it has since become one of his favorite ways to interact with people at school. It's heartwarming to see the staff lovingly engage with him and enthusiastically return his fist bumps every day.
My son looks forward to going to school each day and enjoys his time there immensely. He has developed great relationships with his teachers, especially Ms. Betsy, Ms. Chinara, Ms. Erika, and Ms. Susann, who have been incredibly supportive, nurturing, and attentive.
The school also does a great job of keeping parents informed through timely updates and is very responsive to individual needs, providing thoughtful accommodations and support when needed.
We are grateful to be part of the Primrose Cupertino community and highly recommend it to families looking for a caring and engaging preschool environment.

Our daughter’s Primrose journey has been wonderful so far and we are so happy she is part of the Primrose family. We toured other schools and decided that Primrose was the right balance of play based and education. The teachers are as tireless as they are selfless, and go out of their way to ensure she has an enriching experience. They provide frequent photo and text updates and are always available to address any concern we have. We look forward to when our second child can join Primrose and would recommmend it to anyone looking for engaging preschool.
Monica is a great director and knows what she is doing as she has led many schools in the past. She chooses her staff and teachers wisely as our children are so important to her.

I hate schools that don't publish their tuition fees online. It's a private school, don't pretend it's not a key topic and don't wait until the very last moment to show the prices.

Our son started attending Primrose School of Cupertino when he was 12 months old, and it has now been almost a year. We have had such a wonderful experience and are truly grateful for the care he has received.
His first classroom was the Older Infant class with Ms. Susann, Ms. Betsy, and Ms. Chinara. The first few months were not easy as he adjusted to a brand-new environment, but his teachers were incredibly patient, warm, and caring. They helped him feel safe, loved, and comfortable during that transition. Even now, they are still some of his favorite teachers, which says so much about the bond they created with him.
He is now in the next classroom with Ms. Claudia, Ms. Nehal, Ms. Ashley, and Ms. Stephanie, and they have also been amazing. They are attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. We can tell our son feels happy and confident going to school, and that gives us so much peace of mind as parents.
Beyond his classroom teachers, we have also had very positive experiences with the other teachers and staff at the school. Everyone has been friendly, welcoming, and supportive. The Executive Director, Ms. Monica, has also been wonderful. She brings such positive energy to the school, and we really appreciate the warm and caring environment she helps create.
We truly appreciate the nurturing environment, thoughtful communication, and wonderful team who make Primrose Cupertino feel like a second home for our son. We feel very lucky to be part of this school community and would highly recommend it to other families.

Primrose has a very warm community, caring teachers and a very well organized administration team. Our child genuinely thrived here for almost two years. He was learning, growing, challenged and found a real sense of belonging despite being one of very few Black children enrolled.
We were upfront about his needs from enrollment and repeatedly brought concerns to the school ourselves. The staff always worked with us as a team to address concerns. After being repeatedly contacted and encouraged to sign-up for the schools TK program, we were blindsided by a request to leave the school after the Pre-K program.
Our attempts to work with the school on solutions for our child turned him into a focal point of hyper-vigilance by staff who were inexperienced and untrained to support his needs. Concerns flagged by staff were not unique to our child. Requested video evidence and sitting in the classroom ourselves to observe confirmed the same concerns in other students as well.
We were called in for a meeting where we learned that a senior staff vote, including corporate team members, combined with repeat parent complaints was the reason we were being asked to leave. We were never made aware of parent complaints before that meeting. We are still unsure why our son was the focal point of a corporate site visit to one of over 560 franchised sites with over 150 other kids at this location.
A recent admin check-in prior to the meeting showed our son progressing well with no reported complaints. We did not finish the pre-K program and immediately removed our child from the school following the meeting. The way our child's Primrose journey ended after nearly 2 years at the school was heartbreaking and wrong.
