- JCJames CookeMay 7, 20265.0My wife and I, and more importantly our daughter, love Primrose. Our daughter’s teacher, Ms. Karen is absolutely phenomenal. She communicates everything we might want to know both verbally to us and through the portal. This is our daughter’s first experience at school, and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone is incredibly friendly, for teachers to administrators to the chef. Meals and snacks are both healthy and things that kids will eat. A+ for Primrose.

The communication was always above expectations and we really appreciated the enthusiasm they showed for all of the kids in the class. We were naturally skeptical about daycares in general prior to enrolling, but the Primrose staff across the board changed our opinion and we are grateful for their help in caring for our son! Would highly recommend this daycare to anyone!

Each teacher is kind and supportive and every teacher knew my children’s names, even the ones who didn’t interact with them in the classroom. Another major bonus is lunch and snacks are included! Even my picky eaters ate the variety of food offered. They also assist with potty training when your kiddo is ready. The communication in the app they use is outstanding. Constant updates throughout the day so you know what your little one is up to. We are so sad to leave Primrose but we strongly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a great safe place to have your kids grow.

It took him about a week to adjust to the routine, especially nap time, as he was used to having me by his side. The teachers were patient, caring, and very supportive during this transition. Now he truly enjoys going to school. He loves the art and crafts, singing, and physical activities. I’ve also seen great social growth. Although children at this age mostly play independently, he has started saying hello and goodbye to his friends, which he wouldn’t do before. He also uses sign language often and asks for things politely. I especially love that lunch and snacks are provided at school and are well balanced. He even eats vegetables there that he refuses to eat at home, which says a lot! Most importantly, I can tell he is very well cared for. The teachers are friendly, devoted, and attentive, and the communication with parents is open and transparent, giving us great peace of mind.
