Amazing daycare with great teachers and admin. My son has been there since 3 months, and he has always milestones early. They helped considerably with potty training.

This school has good teachers and great potential, but the policies, lack of leadership, dishonesty and overall incompetence, make this school subpar at best - especially for foster children. Based on my experience, they do not understand, have experience with and/or cannot manage the behavioral needs of children that have experienced trauma. As a result, when a young toddler acts out they are simply written up or dismissed. These informal suspensions did nothing to encourage good behavior, but rather reinforced negative behavior, created a sense of rejection at an early age, taught that there are no consequences for misbehaving and deprived the children of the valuable educational and social activities that they were enrolled for. As foster parents, we don’t know everything the children we care for have experienced or been exposed to, yet when our foster kids behaved inappropriately, it was inferred that we were somehow responsible. We chose this school so our foster kids could flourish, but their apparent lack of training on working with children from different backgrounds, understanding their behavior, nurturing children emotionally, and practicing trauma informed strategies, make the cons outweigh the benefits for foster kids. The teachers are great, but due to a high turnover, there isn't much stability internally. The teachers that have been present for a longer duration are constantly rotating to accommodate for staff shortages. The enrichment classes were great - when they had them. Unfortunately the classes weren't held consistently or made up when missed, except for cooking classes which included most of the children whether they were enrolled or not. The classes are automatically invoiced every week, so there is no accountability when a class is "skipped", which occurred frequently. I was told I would receive a credit for any classes missed that were not documented and uploaded via their app, but I never did. The app updates were also very inconsistent, as I received daily updates for one child and little to nothing for the other. Overall this school promises a lot, but doesn't deliver.

There is a constant change of teachers. We had 5 different teachers in 6 months or so. The people who are working there aren't motivated at all. The food for the kids is not good, very unhealthy.
