Everyone, please avoid this Bach to Rock location. I want to share my very upsetting experience.
On April 6, my child went in for a scheduled lesson, but the instructor never showed up. Even worse, the front desk staff did not notify us at all. As a result, my child was left at the front desk for 30 minutes without any supervision. Afterward, we reported this situation to them, but the person in charge made excuses, claiming it was a system issue and saying that they had been looking after my child.
However, regardless of what happened, they should have notified the parents immediately. Furthermore, we did not ask or need them to supervise our child. What is even more upsetting is that my child told us that there was no one at the front desk for a long period of time. This means my autistic child was left alone without any supervision for nearly 30 minutes.
My child has autism, and these lessons are part of a therapeutic program funded by the Regional Center as a third-party provider. What happened was extremely shocking and distressing for our family. Given this experience, we no longer feel safe sending our child there.
We requested a refund for the unused portion of the prepaid lessons so that we can find another provider for proper treatment (the Regional Center has already paid in full), but our request has been completely ignored.
We find this situation extremely alarming and highly irresponsible!!!!
This is an extremely irresponsible organization that shows no care or compassion and is taking advantage of resources meant for children with autism. Please stay away from this place.

I've had the opportunity of getting to join our daughter on Fridays for our three grandsons' practice. I've gotten to peek in to hear them practice. Their band teacher is Collin and GREAT with them, always professional, truly dedicated, and gives a lot of great coaching in a way that isn't overwhelming. I even had the opportunity to see them perform, and did amazing!

We enrolled our son in music camp this summer and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The instructors and office staff did not provide a warm or welcoming environment and often appeared unprepared for class, sometimes arriving from the parking lot right at the start of the session. Much of the time was spent on coloring printed worksheets from the internet rather than engaging in meaningful musical instruction, and our son only had limited opportunities to play larger instruments. The end-of-camp performance was incredibly underwhelming and depressing. We were so excited to come watch our son perform, but instead got to see low energy, lack of excitement, and was overall missing the love of music. It was like a duty they needed to accomplish and be done with. Right after my son performed his class left and I walked into his classroom to ask why they weren't watching the other performances, and I was told they had already been watching them all day and they were all tired. This was strange for my son as he has always loved watching people perform. You could tell he wanted to go home.
I shared feedback right after the program, but no one has followed up. Most concerning, the experience has left our son with a negative impression of music, which is the opposite of what we had hoped for. Overall, we would not recommend this camp or the school.

The variety of music and instruments was fantastic but most importantly; the staff was kind, patient and caring. My son loved camp so much!
