  This is a great music school for kids. The teachers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and know how to connect with young students. They create a positive and enjoyable learning environment where children can build confidence while developing their musical skills. We are very happy with our experience.

  My two kids (11, 9) started with summer camp last year and had a blast playing Green Day. My son wanted to do summer camp again this year. And now both of them have joined bands and love playing with their bands. They both came in with previous music lessons but quickly picked up new instruments, one is singing and the other bass. If you’re looking for a school and community that loves music and encourages kids to try new instruments and learn how to play in bands, highly recommend. Diego is always supportive and psychs up the kids for performances, giving them confidence to be on stage. Eva has been my daughter’s teacher for over a year now and has grown their band into playing local shows and community events. The parent community is amazing as well, supporting kids and their shows and being excited for live music. My kids have learned not just their instruments but stage presence, confidence, teamwork, and music theory.

  My daughter started here a few months ago and loves it so much, she did not want to take a break over the summer vacation, she only missed 2 classes due to being out of town. It's wonderful that she could join the band and she is making progress learning to play guitar. The staff is friendly and always in a good mood. She also made a few new friends. We warmly recommend this place!

  Diego is wonderful and so welcoming and warm with all the kids . My daughter really likes going here . The teachers are all great and we have had a wonderful experience .

  This is my second review. We brought our child to the scheduled class, but the teacher did not show up. No staff notified us ahead of time about the teacher’s absence, nor did anyone ask us to take our child back when we dropped them off. Consequently, our child was left unsupervised alone at the front desk for 30 minutes. The school keeps insisting that our child was under supervision the whole time. How can that make any sense? If someone was indeed watching the child for half an hour, why did no one contact the parents? This music school is unprofessional, negligent of children’s safety — or both. Our child clearly told us that the front desk was unattended for a long while, which creates severe safety risks. During our negotiations, they only offered a single makeup class. But a makeup lesson is simply what they ought to do, given that the original class never took place. The Regional Center has funded six months of lessons, and Bach to Rock has already received full payment. Even so, their service is sloppy and their attitude lax. Time and again, classes have started while teachers were still chatting outside. Stay away from this school. Many of its positive reviews are fake, whereas all negative reviews are based on real incidents. This is far more than just a missed class. Their blatant irresponsibility and endless excuses, coupled with major safety hazards, are truly unacceptable. We have kept all email records and audio recordings of phone voice messages.The school has admitted its serious mistakes, yet flat-out ignored our request for a refund for the unused classes, so we could find more suitable arrangements elsewhere. If you continue to tell lies, we will release all relevant emails and recordings online. Thank you.
