  After a difficult experience at another childcare center, we enrolled our son here when he was 18 months old, and it has been one of the best decisions we've ever made for him. Since starting, his language skills have blossomed, his confidence has grown, and he is such a happy little boy. What stands out most is how deeply cared for and genuinely loved he is by all of the teachers. Every day when we walk in to pick him up, you can feel the joy, warmth, and positive energy throughout the school. It's clear that the staff truly care about each child and create an environment where children can thrive. As a parent, there is no greater comfort than knowing your child is not only safe and well cared for but also loved. This school has given our family such a sense of peace, and we are incredibly grateful for the impact it has had on our son's growth and happiness. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

  We sent our oldest here when they were around 2-2.5 y/o as a friend referred us in. That child stayed all the way through pre-K and then one final summer camp before kindergarten. They had Ms. Lisa for beginners & then Ms. Holly for pre-K. Both were honestly amazing!!! When our second was born, there was no question in where we were sending them. They started in the infant class after our leaves were up. The infant class is a little tough only because it’s 0-12 month kiddos all together (and mostly tough for naps if you have a light sleeper) BUT Ms. Christina and her crew are so patient and experts at managing the chaos. Once our kiddo transferred into the next class (12-18 mos), there was a huge improvement in their sleep. Overall: The staff seem like they all truly care about all of the kids. There are fun spirit days quite frequently. Splash days during the summer. School events pretty regularly. Their hours are extremely helpful with our work schedules. There is a sibling discount. We saw / have seen a huge improvement in our kids speech, drawing, writing, etc. And our kids enjoy, and have enjoyed, going to D.I.

  My son recently graduated from Discovery Isle after attending the school from the age of 11 months until 4 years old. Looking back, I can honestly say that Discovery Isle played a very important role in his early development and helped shape his character, confidence, and personality. We have seen a very positive impact from his years there. One of the things we appreciated most about the school is the facility itself. The outdoor play area is very spacious and gives children plenty of room to play and stay active. The classrooms are also large and filled with a variety of hands-on activities that keep children engaged and learning. Over the years, my son had many wonderful teachers. I would especially like to thank Ms. Monica, Ms. Denise, Ms. Adi, and Ms. Lisa. I apologize for not mentioning everyone by name, but every teacher my son had contributed to his growth in some way, and we are grateful for their care, patience, and dedication. A great sign that he enjoyed being there was that he was always excited to go to school in the morning. As a parent, that gave us a lot of confidence that he felt comfortable, safe, and happy in the environment. Another advantage for working parents is the extended operating hours, which provide valuable flexibility for drop-off and pick-up schedules. I also want to recognize the administrative team. Discovery Isle is part of a larger organization and understandably has policies and guidelines that need to be followed. Even with those constraints, the admin team consistently went the extra mile to understand our concerns and help accommodate requests whenever possible. They always treated us with respect and worked hard to find solutions when they could. One small thing that stood out to me over the years was how welcoming the staff was. Whether during drop-off in the morning or pickup in the evening, we were regularly greeted with a smile when entering and leaving the building. Those interactions may seem small, but they helped create a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our overall experience at Discovery Isle was overwhelmingly positive. We are thankful to the teachers, staff, and administrators who helped make my son's early childhood years such a meaningful and enjoyable experience. We will always look back on our time here with gratitude and fond memories. ❤️

  We had a fantastic experience with this preschool and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are attentive and genuinely invested in the children. They know every child by name and make them feel seen and cared for. Our toddler has a big personality, but one of the things that impressed me most was seeing how equally thoughtful the staff were with quieter children. They truly notice and respond to each child as an individual. We left only because our family moved, and saying goodbye was truly difficult. We are so grateful for the care, kindness, and sense of community they gave our son and our family. We miss this place so much already!
