As a parent, I would not recommend this school. Management seems more focused on maintaining its image and keeping parents happy than on meeting the actual needs of the children. If your child's well-being is your priority, consider other options.

My child is currently enrolled here, but I am no longer comfortable keeping them in this school. I feel like the safety and care of the children are not being taken seriously.
My child has been getting hurt repeatedly by another child named "S*****o". I have informed both the teachers and management multiple times. While they say they are taking action, I have not seen any real improvement. It feels like the issue is not being properly addressed, and at times I worry that incidents are not being fully communicated. I have even noticed bruises on my child.
Another concern is behavior. My child has started using inappropriate language that we never use at home, which is very concerning.
I am also disappointed with the level of care in basic situations. After pooping, my child was left uncleaned for a long time until someone finally assisted. Even my child called the teacher for help. Children at this age may be potty trained, but they still need proper help, hygiene support, and supervision. This has happened multiple times before.
I do not recommend this school for your child. It is high-priced, but the level of care and service is not good for big kid.

Honestly, I had both my kids go to Primrose Pleasanton and it’s almost like they treat us as an extended family. That’s how nice of an experience it is.

What can I say about Primrose Pleasanton? My older one graduated primrose this year! We started at the school 4 years ago and it has been an outstanding school. We have had the pleasure of seeing our little girl mature into someone who loves to learn, interact with her classmates and excel in her academics! I have been very pleased with the teachers over 4 years. Many of the teachers are excellent. This year during the pandemic we enrolled in an online platform. We were blessed to have Miss Falguni as teacher. She did remarkably job instructing each child and giving all of them so much attention and all the children it the did so well. I commend the leadership team on bringing great teachers to the school and also maintain safety standards during the difficult time. Our children are our most precious things in life, I always felt comfortable to place them in the hands of primrose Pleasanton.
I also want to point out that many of families that we have meet at the school are awesome! It’s a great community of people! Kudos to all. We have another one in the school so I forward to the same quality over the next few years.
