  We been bringing our son to Kindercare in Perris for almost 9 months, and we couldn’t be happier. Ms. Nydia has exceeded all our expectations, she is loving, caring, nurturing, trustworthy, and attentive. Seeing our sons smile every time he sees Ms. Nydia in the morning makes us feel at ease that we are leaving him in great hands. Thank you Kindercare and Ms. Nydia for all you do!

  High would NOT recommend this place. You tend to try and force yourself to like it but it has been such a negative experience. The well being of my child triumphs the need to attend this center because it’s the closest and the schedule is convenient. A couple of the staff I’ve encountered with are ok ( and I literally mean 1 or 2) but literally all the others I’ve encountered with have not been great. They smile in your face but something else apparently is going on behind your back. My child would literally cling to me and cry getting dropped off and literally walk to the door to leave out. I feel like my child was being neglected here, discriminated, not getting her diaper changed regularly, possibly signs of mishandling and mistreatment and they would constantly ask for supplies even when you’ve already given it to them. There’s very poor communication between management and the staff. Issues never seem to get resolved and typically just seem to get worse. You’re constantly on edge wondering if your child is safe and being treated right . My child is almost 2 and have only been going here since about 18 months. Constantly having to reassure my child that she’s ok and re-teach her of proper concern and care. Hey this is my experience and from that I absolutely do NOT recommend! If you can avoid it you SHOULD! NO STARS!!!! UPDATE my daughter has been out of this horrible place for roughly a couple of months now and unfortunately I’m am still having to deal this inappropriate center especially the director just bluntly rude and absolutely unprofessional. *** if you go through a program for your payments make sure you sign prior because they will automatically just send your so call payments so a collection agency that harasses you on their behalf knowing their payments are to come from the program and they apparently stall to actually contact the program in the meantime. The director Tara has no problem showing herself as unprofessional. That doesn’t appear to be a best interest of one’s kids, it’s literally just a business that tries to find ways to harass people just for the heck of it. I will never go to a KINDERCARE facility again the Director Tara was a poor example for someone to be over an establishment that is supposed to be of a caring nature for the kids. And the bull crap response that KinderCare posted below just goes to show how full of crap that facility is. I wish you would stop having me harassed even after the fact that you could not properly provide efficient and decent care to my child. AGAIN NO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Something I can really say is that Mrs. Tara is a great director and all the staff are amazing. They actually teach the kids my daughter learned to write her name, knows all her colors, can count to 50! And can actually read a few words like mom, dad etc. they’re very clean and my daughter rarely gets sick there I’ve had my daughter at another daycare before I moved to perris and she had constant pink eye I thought maybe it was her but I came to realize that it’s the amount of clean environment that they’re in my daughter hasn’t had pink eye since coming here for a whole year. I love this place and I 100000% recommend!
