FOMAT is an Embedded Research Organization and site network headquartered in Oxnard, California, with 40+ clinical research sites across the U.S. FOMAT supports Phase I through Phase IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, with a focus on serving diverse and underserved patient populations. Through community based research physician groups and centralized services, FOMAT helps expand access to clinical studies while supporting patients, sponsors, CROs, physicians, and healthcare partners with organized research operations.
