Two of my kids have attended this Challenger campus, and we’ve had such a positive experience. My son spent two years here and graduated this summer. My daughter attended the three-year-old preschool program and summer camp, and she’ll be back for the four-year-old program after the summer. What makes this campus so special is really the people. Michelle, the director, has created such a warm and supportive culture. Miss Phaily greets the kids so warmly every morning. The teachers, Miss Becker, Miss Srivatava, Miss Neha, and Miss Monica, have all been wonderful. You can tell that the staff genuinely care about the children. It doesn’t feel like it’s just a job to them. As a parent, I also really value the personal relationships our family has built with the school staff. It feels like more than a school. It feels like a warm and welcoming community. We’re very grateful that both of our kids have had the chance to be here.

3 years ago my wife and I toured the Challenger School Newark campus after touring other schools (Stratford and Basis). Compared to the other schools, we fell in love with the large, brightly lit, clean and organized rooms, and were impressed by the teachers and staff here. We sent our son for all 3 grades offered here: preschool, pre-k, and kindergarten. He just graduated and we’re so happy with the entire experience. What impressed me the most about the curriculum was the tremendous emphasis put on teaching phonics, phonetic rules, spelling, and other language arts, often through rhymes and songs to help with memorization and reinforcement. I would like to thank Mrs. Michelle, Mrs. Phaily, Mrs. Becker, Mrs. Srivastava, Ms. Harshali, Ms. Sangeetha, Ms. Danae, and Ms. Nancy.

Our daughter has been going to this campus (3's program) for about 1 year and we are greatly satisfied with the quality of the program. We are fortunate to have teaching staff like Ms. Monica and Ms. Neha providing a nurturing environment to our daughter. They are always taking a very close interest at learning and development progress of each kid. We have seen a very visible progress with our daughter's reading & writing skills. Program offers a good mix of development activities.

My daughter attended Challenger Newark for two years and absolutely loved it. It has been amazing to watch her grow both academically and socially during her time there. She is now entering kindergarten reading independently and with a strong foundation in math. The teachers and staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's growth and happiness. We've loved every teacher she's had—Ms. Danae, Ms. Nancy, Ms. Harshali, and Ms. Sri! In addition, the Director, Mrs. Michelle, has always been responsive, thoughtful, and supportive. It's clear that she has built an exceptional team and a positive learning environment. We are so grateful for the experience our daughter had at Challenger Newark and would highly recommend it to other families.

My family and I are extremely grateful for our experience at Challenger School Newark campus. The school’s strong emphasis on academic excellence, character development, and student growth is evident in every aspect of its culture. Director Mrs. Michelle provides exceptional leadership and genuinely cares about the success and well-being of every child. Miss Phaily is equally outstanding, offering professional, organized, and welcoming support to families. What truly sets this campus apart is their personal connection with students—they know every child by name, creating a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel valued and encouraged to thrive. My daughter began her educational journey at Challenger School Newark in Preschool, and I still vividly remember her first day. She was a shy, quiet, and reserved child. Transitioning from daycare to a structured academic environment with high expectations was a significant change, and naturally, I was concerned about how she would adjust. To my delight, she adapted within a week, and I quickly began to see positive changes in her confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning. During Preschool, Miss. Shanaya played a significant role in shaping that early year. Her classroom was built upon discipline, accountability, and clear expectations. At the time, her structured and disciplined approach seemed demanding, but in hindsight, I realize it was exactly what the children needed. She helped establish a strong foundation of responsibility, self-discipline, and academic readiness that benefited my daughter tremendously. The following year, my daughter progressed to Pre-K under the guidance of Miss. Namita and Miss. Monica. Their teaching styles complemented each other beautifully. Miss. Monica brought warmth, patience, and comfort to the classroom, while Miss. Namita inspired students with structure, motivation, and high expectations. Together, they created an environment that encouraged curiosity, creativity, continuous improvement, and a healthy sense of achievement. They inspired the children to challenge themselves and strive for excellence each day. As my daughter now completes Kindergarten, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mrs. Becker and Mrs. Srivastava. They have been exceptional educators whose dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to student success are evident every day. Kindergarten represents an important stage of academic and personal growth, and both teachers have guided their students with remarkable skill and care. Although Kindergarten naturally offers fewer opportunities for daily teacher interactions compared to Pre-K, I always found Mrs. Becker and Mrs. Srivastava approachable and supportive whenever I wanted to discuss my daughter's progress. Mrs. Becker consistently brings positivity to the classroom, balancing a cute smile with firm guidance. She encourages creativity, critical thinking, and independence while maintaining high academic standards. Mrs. Srivastava is also outstanding, bringing kindness, encouragement, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping children grow both academically and personally. As my daughter prepares to complete Kindergarten, I am amazed by her transformation from a shy and hesitant child into a confident, independent learner who embraces challenges and looks forward to school each day with enthusiasm. Challenger School Newark has provided much more than a strong academic foundation—it has fostered her confidence, character, and love of learning. I am deeply grateful to the administration, teachers, and staff for their dedication and positive influence during these formative years (2023 to 2026). I wholeheartedly recommend Challenger School Newark to families seeking a nurturing, academically challenging, and supportive environment where children can truly thrive.
