We did a trial at this daycare for about three weeks, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience for our family.
Overall, I found the quality of care and education to be quite poor compared to other centers that cost only slightly more.
The daily curriculum and learning time seemed very limited (about one hour a day). The rest of the day was mostly free play, either outside or in the classroom. On several occasions, the teacher led activity consisted of playing YouTube videos on a tablet. I also didn't see much effort to encourage meaningful interaction between the children.
The communication through the parent app was minimal, and it was difficult to know what my child was doing throughout the day. Most of the teachers also seemed to have a very old-fashioned approach.
One teacher even gave me false information about my son, saying things like, "He doesn't behave like this with his dad," which I found inappropriate and in poor taste.
The biggest issue was my son. He is 3 years old, and every single day he begged me not to leave him there. We kept trying for three weeks, hoping things would improve, but eventually I couldn't ignore how unhappy he was.
If you're simply looking for basic supervision and someone to watch your child, this place may meet your needs. But if you're looking for a daycare that provides a strong educational environment, meaningful activities, and engaged teachers, I would not recommend this center.
