Ms.Toni is such an amazing instructor, she is patient, understanding, and she goes above and beyond to make sure we understand before moving onto a new chapter. I’ve attended a regular college for 1 year and none of my instructors have taught me what she has in just 2 weeks. Her encouragement and enthusiasm to teach is the best. She is by far the best instructor I’ve had!

Throughout my time at this school, I experienced repeated unprofessional interactions with the front desk employee with the glasses. She was consistently cold, dismissive, and confrontational toward me, to the point where I intentionally avoided dealing with her whenever possible.
I also observed what I believe was a pattern in how Patty interacted with Black students compared with non-Black students. One example was when I would say “thank you” to her out of respect and common courtesy, and she would ignore me. Then immediately afterward, a non-Black student would say “thank you” and receive a friendly “you’re welcome.” This wasn’t an isolated incident, and over time it contributed to my belief that Black students were treated differently.
On the day of my CNA state exam, I had already confirmed over the phone with both Patty and another staff member before my test date that scrubs would be provided for me. Despite that, Patty confronted me about not bringing scrubs. When I reminded her that it had already been confirmed, she accused me of being mad in front of other people in the office in a rude and unprofessional tone. I found that completely unnecessary, especially right before one of the most important exams of my career. There was absolutely no reason to create unnecessary stress for a student minutes before testing.
After I passed both portions of my CNA state exam, Patty asked if I passed, handed me my certificate, and never once acknowledged my accomplishment with a simple “Congratulations.” Another staff member was the one who encouraged me to put my scrubs back on, take pictures, and celebrate my achievement.
I am sharing my experience because I believe every student deserves to be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. I give this school a 0/10
Prestige(POMONA) is a good starting school everyone there is nice and welcoming Ms.Ingrid as well Ms.Maria is super helpful, kind and always is telling us about opportunities. Other than that the school is very hands on and clean good support teams and they always try their hardest to help you understand
My son asked a couple of questions to obtain information about the class schedules, because according to the website there are afternoon classes, and he can’t attend classes in the morning due to his job. They replied in a very rude and humiliating manner; they made him feel bad. I hope their customer service improves, as I understand it’s a great college, because this gave us a very bad first impression.
