  Part 1 Upon me starting here we were barely had a 2 star, the center was clearly struggling in a major way. Especially where leadership was concerned. I was there for 6 years with very minimal concerns from parents and no concern from Community Care Licensing. I witnessed A LOT!!!Sandi Contreras(district leader) never offered me the support that I needed and she has a Caucasian mean girl group that she allows to do whatever they want(smh). She allows this mean girl group to be in Non compliance with Licensing and many other organizations. KinderCare is the number one childcare provider in the United States or whatever and I don’t think they deserve that title. They don’t regulate and monitor their centers appropriately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I love this Kindercare, Miss Amanda all her staff!!! They are loving and treat the children as their own. They work hard and are very caring. Even moving out of the area, I still take my babies to Highland Kindercare. I can't see them anywhere else. I thank them for all they do.

  I have been to a few daycares and this by far has been the WORST. My child always came home with marks bruises and scratches...a few times while dropping off in the AM before I was given the code to get in the door, the teacher sent a child to open the door for me..which I thought was ridiculous. Not only that but children always called my child bad words..incuding the B word. I had finally advised the staff at that point but they insisted the child said "Babe" insinuating that my child was lying and did NOTHING to resolve it...keep in mind my child is in a new day care and has not had that issue since, and we never had this issue before. The management of this facility is POOR and I never felt safe leaving my child here. I would not recommend this location to any parent or child.

  If you are a parent and you're considering sending your child to KinderCare think twice this school is not a good school my child attended the school there no surveillance cameras they have shortage of teachers which means they consistently switch your child around with different teachers so the child will never get used to one teacher there's always fighting biting and lack of attention with the teachers making sure all the children are safe the, directors administrative have no welcoming spirit teachers don't keep the parents updated children don't go home with homework curriculum is unstabled school is very unorganized in my opinion this was the worst school I enroll my child into don't send your children here!!! Don't do it look further

  非常好的地方，12岁以下的小朋友都可以参加。这次因为安排不当的问题，不能参加更长时间。以后一定会再回来过整个暑假！
