  I spent years and way too much money chasing solutions for the dark circles under my eyes. Creams, treatments, products. Nothing worked.   I’m truly disappointed in my experience. I was referred to Derm by Erica through my Pastor and friend and was genuinely excited to support the brand. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, items were missing. I reached out by email and phone multiple times and received no response. Two weeks and multiple calls later, I was able to connect with Erica directly. She asked me to text the order details so the missing item could be shipped, which I did immediately. After waiting several more weeks with no product and no communication, I followed up again by phone, email, and text and received no response. As a business owner myself, I would never feel comfortable allowing a client to pay for something they didn’t receive without resolving it promptly. Being completely ignored after making multiple good-faith attempts to address a straightforward fulfillment issue is deeply disappointing, especially as a new customer who was eager to support the business. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and strengthens its customer service processes so others do not have a similar experience.

  I feel like my skin just experienced a miracle. Last November I had a really bad flareup of hormonal acne. I was left with so many hyperpigmentation scars. I had such low self-esteem and I tried so many different products and nothing worked. I confided in My friend Peace, who suggested trying some products by Derm by Erica. At the time, it was a bit pricey for me, but it was really my last ditch effort. I purchased the pure hyper pigmentation cream. My friend swore by it. I had to trust the process, But it was so worth it. And just a couple of weeks, my skin began to even out. This is the best my skin has ever looked. Better than in my 20s. Her other products are just as amazing. At one point, I reached out to her via Instagram because I wanted to make sure that I was using the product properly, and to my surprise, she responded and gave me such great tips. You can tell that she truly loves what she does and really cares about her clients. My goal was to go Makeup free again and as of today, that is exactly what I’m doing. I have never felt this good about my skin! Thank you Erica!!

  I completely love Erica, her work is absolute magic and its life. She’s so knowledgeable and personable. She knows exactly what she’s doing and will get the results you want.
