  I’m truly disappointed in my experience. I was referred to Derm by Erica through my Pastor and friend and was genuinely excited to support the brand. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, items were missing. I reached out by email and phone multiple times and received no response. Two weeks and multiple calls later, I was able to connect with Erica directly. She asked me to text the order details so the missing item could be shipped, which I did immediately. After waiting several more weeks with no product and no communication, I followed up again by phone, email, and text and received no response. As a business owner myself, I would never feel comfortable allowing a client to pay for something they didn’t receive without resolving it promptly. Being completely ignored after making multiple good-faith attempts to address a straightforward fulfillment issue is deeply disappointing, especially as a new customer who was eager to support the business. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and strengthens its customer service processes so others do not have a similar experience.
