My son attended KinderCare for a few months. We've been at our new provider for almost 2 months. I am a single father raising a one year old. My son developed a rash within the first few days of attending this KinderCare. The first two weeks no one mentioned that they don't provide baby powder. The rash lasted the entire time he was there and that is not an exaggeration. They put him on 24 hr medical notice twice suggesting it might be a yeast infection. Every weekend I got the rash under control and healing. Within a day or two at this facility it was out of control again. (At his new daycare the rash was completely gone in a few days and never came back) One morning as I was dropping my kid off in the front room a crying baby, on a blanket, at my feet, rolled off of the blanket on to the hard tile floor and the two workers who were there noticed and did nothing. I put my son down and, feeling uncomfortable holding someone else's child, placed the screaming baby back on the blanket. In my opinion there were far too many children in the room for just the two working personnel. That's the short version of this particular incident. Every day my son cried so much when I dropped him off at KinderCare and also when picking him up at the end of the day. (New daycare, my son smiles, laughs and hugs the providers and me when I pick him up) When I spoke to the personnel working at KinderCare about my son I sometimes had the feeling of condescension, in a way that made me feel like my words would be more respected or taken seriously if I was a Mother rather than a Father. Moreso from a particular few, not everyone. I tried to keep this review as short as I can. I do have more to say and many details for what was said but I think I've made my point fairly clear. Also, KinderCare is choking on bureaucracy and wrapped up in red tape, making this place a great example of the death of common sense.

Facility is under staffed and not structured at all. They do not follow their calendar schedule or facilitate and supervise children's interactions adequately. They sit and talk while kids play outside. Constantly switched teachers and issues of Injuries. My child recieved stitches and they failed to document the event. They also use child physical restraining techniques if a child is being " aggressive". Do not bring your child here. They talk pretty and have no follow through.

Do NOT let your child go here! This "school" is mismanaged and lacks organization. I've witnessed (on multiple occasions) teachers yelling at the students. I've pulled my son out of this place and he will not be returning.
