    We had a wonderful experience at KinderCare Chula Vista. We are sad to leave because we have to move out of state, but we are so grateful for the love, care, and support our kids received. Thank you so much to Ms. Anna, Ms. Olivia, Ms. Rosa, and Ms. Jasmine for taking such great care of our children. I truly appreciate how attentive you are, from monitoring their behavior, keeping us updated about any little incidents or accidents, and making sure they are safe and cared for every day. Our kids loved their teachers, and we will always be thankful for the kindness and dedication you showed our family. Thank you for being such a special part of their lives.

    Reviewing for my 1 yo daughter (14 months). Obviously each age range will vary, but for her age group this school is absolutely fantastic. When I read some of these other reviews I was super concerned about this location, but I was in a last minute bind to find childcare and they were willing to start us right away. From the beginning they have been super communicative. Once the kids are enrolled, the teachers give daily progress reports with pictures and videos. It's amazing to watch my baby all day and I feel super safe having her there. Also on top of the safe childcare, they offer food/snacks/water, and they are constantly changing diapers. The amount of diaper changes is a little excessive (adds up in diapers!) but I am relieved to know that my baby is well cared for and won't get a diaper rash. I absolutely LOVE her teachers. Ms. Margarita is probably one of the sweetest most loving teachers I have ever encountered. (and I used to be a teacher!) Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Lyza are also great- they are constantly engaging the kids with activities throughout the day. Even the director herself Ms. Anna is so kind and greets us every morning personally. She even knows my older daughters name and gives her a hug each morning- that kid doesn't even go to their school! Just really kind individuals all around. So far I am so pleased with the care here. I hope more parents will write reviews to give this place the credit it deserves.

    We picked our child up with the worst diaper rash I have ever seen. They tried to say she had an allergic reaction but they used the same cream she had been using for months with no issues. So I’m assuming the rash was due to neglect. Also in the app they didn’t report she had a rash at all. On top of all this after the we took our child out of the daycare they still try to bill us for a week she wasn’t even there.

    I absolutely love this daycare. The staff is amazing. The director is sweet and she’s always well aware of the kids.
