  We searched for a trusted HAVAC company for months and narrowed it down to 5 potential companies, and then there was Sunshine Air Conditioning & Heating. The owner spent helping us understand not only what system would be best, but why. The service has been wonderful. This company is authentic, they really care about their customers, they have been to our home twice ( without us calling cause they call us! ). We highly recommend them.

  Please don't trust Ayden (spelling?) the guy who owns Sunshine. He comes across as knowledgeable, but he actually does not know what he's doing. He improperly installed an $11,000 unit using the wrong size pipes that were not glued together which opened up when the unit condensed during a heat wave, causing major flooding and over $10,000 in repairs and many months of construction which is still in the works. After the flood he came multiple times to try to diagnose the problem but could not figure out what was wrong, charging me thousands in upgrading and cleaning the system but he actually never fixed what was wrong as he presumable did not actually know or was he just trying to rip me off further(?). It wasn't until a contractor came to fix surrounding floors, cabinets and walls after the flood, did he note that the plumbing emanating from the HVAC unit was incorrect. A new HVAC company was hired who diagnosed what the problem was noting the plumbing was improperly installed for both the water drainage, cleaning and filtering of the unit. I had to pay another HVAC person another 1300 to fix the problem. Sunshine came recommended but he turned out to be a crook. He over charged me multiple times for maintenance, repairs and filters, but in the end, no matter how much I paid the core of the work was negligent, leading to months of repairs and many thousands of dollars of damage.

  I have a service contract with other company, who came out to diagnose why my ac unit was short cycling. I was told the system could not be fixed and that I need to replace the whole unit. Since the unit was older, I did not second guess the recommendation. This company could not give me a quote anytime soon, so I called Sunshine air and heating and got prompt service. They came out for a quote but told me the unit was easily fixed. They got my ac unit up and running within 20 minutes and did not try and upsell a new unit! I was so impressed with the honesty and work performed by Sunshine that I will be cancelling my contract with the other company as soon as I can! I highly recommend Sunshine!

  Ivan and the Sunshine team did an excellent job installing central a/c on my pre existing ducts. He guided me through the process from start to finish and continues to check up on how I’m doing. His recommendation to update and alter my thermostat has saved me money on heating costs.
