  Josh originally came out and discussed furnace and heat pump options. Nicky set up appointment for install and it was much quicker then expected. Matt and Kirk installed our heat pump and furnace. They were amazing and very proffesional! Some stuff had to be moved in garage. I know they are capable of moving some things but I felt bad. I had back surgery and could barely help. Matt was so nice and immediately offered to help after finding out i could not move more then 10 pounds. He originally offered to help when he first arrived. Matt also helped out with a small item related to previous owners furnace equipment - which he did not need to do. Halco previously installed piping and it was never insulated from hole to garage and pipe was sagging. I dont know if it was part of laganas install but Matt placed a bracket to get rid of sagging, and i noticed after he left that they also insulated piping that halco did not insulate around. Matt also talked to me about electric piping that needed to be run through garage and allowed me to decide how piping should be attached. They were both so amazing and explained everything. I would definitely recommend lagana over halco any day. Very satisfied customer and furnace and heat pump work fantastic! I hope they both get the recognition they deserve.

  Very professional and very prompt when i called . My technician went over everything that was happening and made sure i understood the repair . Very fair with their pricing as well ! I would definitely recommend them .

  Alex came out to look at the gurgling that was occurring between my sump pump and the utility sink in a 1960 Fairport village colonial. Unfortunately, I need to replace a very corroded and damaged pipe to the road, but Alex was very professional in his assessment and communication and provided reasonably priced estimates for the work.
