  We used Ford for the first time. Reeves replaced our mini-split. We were very pleased with Ford and particularly with Reeve’s professionalism, great communication and high quality work. I highly recommmend Ford and will use them again.

  Couldn’t be more thankful with the recent AC install Ford Plumbing did at my home! Chris and Jarrett were courteous, efficient and got the job done during probably the hottest week of the year. From first greeting to clean up, it was a great experience!

  I have to say I haven't been this impressed with a commercial company in quite sometime. Their entire team is so pleasant and knowledgeable of their work. All questions answered and everyone was so professional. I would recommend Ford Plumbling for SURE...

  The Ford guys are so polite and respectful. They put in a new A/C unit on the hottest day of the year. They did a great job! I chose Ford because I knew they would do a good job. I like doing business with a local company where you feel like you know the people. They seem to really appreciate your business and take pride in their work. I will continue to use them in the future.

  I had a fantastic experience with Ford Plumbing & Air! From the moment I scheduled the appointment online, everything was easy and seamless. Communication was excellent every step of the way, so I always knew what to expect. Clark and Caleb were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose each issue and explain exactly what they found and what my options were. I never felt rushed or pressured—just confident that I was getting honest advice from experts who take pride in their work. They were also respectful of my home, cleaned up before they left, and made the entire experience stress-free. As an added bonus, they were incredibly patient with my two dogs, who were determined to supervise every minute of the job! Clark and Caleb were kind to them and didn’t seem to mind their extra “help.” From scheduling to payment, the entire process was top-notch. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers such great customer service and quality workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ford Plumbing & Air, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.
