We’ve had Ford Plumbing help with plumbing issues several times. They do excellent work and their technicians are compteny and friendly. Certainly the case with this most recent setvice. William did a great job, quickly and efficiently, with a smile and great demeanor. Hard to say it’s a pleasure having plumbing problems, but the Ford prople make the experience as pleasant as possible.

Ford Plumbing is always very professional and knowledgeable. It’s the small details they deliver that make them exceptional. Wear shoe coverings inside your home. Send photos of the repairs post job. Always punctual and call before coming. I’ll use them every time moving forward.

I was recommended Ford Plumbing by my realtor to come out and repair a gas line to my gas lantern. They did a phenomenal job of communications, letting me know exactly what’s going on, when the technicians were gonna arrive, even sending pictures of who was coming so I will know what to expect. After the job was over, they sent pictures to me and documented everything they did along with it easy to read invoice and the ability to pay. I highly recommend Ford Plumbing.

We had a clogged drain issue and called Ford Plumbing to fix it. I met Patton Ford a few years ago and was impressed, and I always like doing business with people I know. Our service guys were Peter and Caleb. They were thorough and professional in getting to the source of the problem, and surprisingly careful in protecting their work area (under the sinks) so as not to leave a mess. In addition, they had the knowledge and proper equipment to complete the job which took considerable effort because of the nature of the build up in the drain line. Peter kept me informed of the issues encountered as the job progressed and the cost was very reasonable. JLM
