  We had an excellent experience with Jira Heating & Cooling Service Inc.! We called, and they were able to come out the very same day, which we truly appreciated. Josh was outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly an expert at what he does. Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue quickly, but he also took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and how he fixed it in a way that was easy to understand. He was transparent, thorough, and never made us feel pressured. The customer service was exceptional, and the response time was prompt. We highly recommend them and will definitely be referring them to our family and friends. Thank you, Josh, for such a great experience!

  Our air conditioning unit stopped working today, and Jira was on site within four hours of my call. Dathan was incredibly professional and patient as I explained the issues. Everything was fixed and back up and running within the hour. I highly recommend using Jira for all your heating and cooling needs.

  I called Saturday night 1/13. Andrew answered the phone and was very professional and said he would be at my house in 30 min. He showed up and checked my furnace and found that the motherboard was burnt. He couldn't fix it but was quick to loan us electric heaters. He got the part today and fixed it today. His customer service, promptness, and professionalism is above and beyond in today's standards. Thank you! Highly highly recommend. Also Jiras is pretty fair pricing.
