He was here to remove and install 2 garage doors on one of the hottest days of the year, yet he remained polite and answered all of my questions. This is my second job with Action and will use again if the need arises. Would definitely recommend!!

Tech arrived promptly and serviced door to perfection. Be using in future have used another service 18 months prior much more expensive and lasted less than 2 years. Recommended.
- KFKarl FJul 16, 20264.0Mike arrived to the house a little late but I can understand due to weather and such. The install was great and Mike was very helpful! Mike gets a five star from me. The reason for the four star has more to do with the call center and their communication with Mike and the team. It appeared that Mike was not informed that he was doing and install and after a call to his office he found out the correct details. Overall I am impressed with the service this far, just need some polishing on the call center side of the business.

I contacted Action Overhead GarageDoor’s and they were out the next morning by 8 AM. They replaced the spring lubed up all the components and I was back in action. Thank you, Mike, the service tech for being professional and efficient. I own a construction company and I will use them from here on out for all my jobs.
