  A garage door cable broke rendering the door inoperable. Action Overhead was the only company I found that could repair it in a reasonable timeframe. They confirmed appt day before service and told me when to expect them to arrive. Brad our repairman was very experienced and worked quickly to replace several parts and repair the broken door. He was also able to make perform some preventative maintenance on the other garage door. I have found the only company I need for future work!

  My garage door would not shut and it was night. Although it was a simple sensors off. But what I’m thankful for is I’ve been fighting with my q for years trying to get it to work. I had domestic abuse and the problem was his email was on it. No matter how many times I tried to reset it I couldn’t. I’ve been on the phone with my q and reset it and they say reach out to him. Ya not happening. It was a safety issue. The technician was able to fix it which I’ve been fighting with my q saying I own the house. So now I can use my q. He even changed my light bulbs in my garage opener. So it sucked I had to pay an emergency visit but I got my q fixed.

  Broke a spring on my garage door. I requested an appointment online and got a text message they were on the way in 15 minutes. They were here within 3 minutes. Explained the situation and fixed the same day even though they had to customize the spring. Showed me other potential issues but didn’t push to repair if I didn’t want. Excellent service.

  I was able to make a service appointment easily online and had someone out the next morning. Mark Hanson was the technician and he was phenomenal! Clearly very knowledgeable, helpful, and got both springs replaced quickly and had our door working again in no time. Pricing was plenty reasonable, especially considering the time from booking to having the issue resolved was less than 24 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Action for any future garage door needs.

  Yet another amazing experience from the entire team at Action Overhead. I had some strange noises coming from my door and knew exactly who I needed to call. Erik showed up same day and explained exactly what the issue was and the fix. He was fantastic to work with and I am very happy with the result. Tara from the office followed up same day to check in and talk through a few other needs that I had. The team is professional, responsive and ethical, everything you want as a customer. I could not recommend them enough, now if only my neighbor would call to get that squeak in their door corrected!
