They had them delivered within an hour of me calling. Zech, the gentleman who dropped them off, went above and beyond — he even took the time to try helping the venue owners troubleshoot the issue before setting everything up. They ended up discovering there was a crack in some pipes that needed repair. The customer service, quick response time, and willingness to help were all incredible. Highly recommend Richmond Sanitary if you need reliable and genuinely helpful service!

- LLLyndaApr 1, 20261.0I called Richmond sanitary back in August to have them come pump my septic tank out. I have a 1,000 gallon tank. Ok they was only at my house for 10 minutes. Well today April 1st I had to call a different company to check my tank and lo and behold it was full. 8 months later I had to get my tank pumped out again because Richmond sanitary didn’t do their job properly and empty my tank all the way. I will not ever use Richmond sanitary again. As far as I am concerned they owe me $300 for not doing the job that I hired them to do.
