  The guys were great I did not catch their names. Worked efficiently and were done quickly. Morgan in the office is very professional and has the company running like a well oiled machine. Thank you all. The guy I spoke to at 9 pm was very helpful and informative as well.

  Wow, quick service. I called the office and left a message. I got a call back within an hour. I spoke with the owner and he provided some suggestions over the phone. Owner called back as promised and we set appointment. The guys showed up as promised and quickly got to work. They provided explanation of the septic problem and performed cleanout. Great company!!

  OMGOODNESS! Once again, McDonald Plumbing was there to save the day with our older home and it's Plumbing! Cody Jones was so professional and knew right away of what our problem would be! He painlessly addressed the issue, remedied it and we were back in business! I cant thank Cody and McDonald Plumbing enough! Just THE BEST! SISSY LONG

  We found out that our water heater was leaking at approximately 5 PM Tuesday evening. It was not an emergency as it was only a very slow leak, which had finally stopped. We called Philip Mcdonald Plumbing Who had installed our previous water heater and spoke to Morgan. She was extremely helpful. in scheduling an appointment for the following morning with someone who could evaluate our situation. The following morning Dakota came to us at 9 AM and evaluated the situation and helped us get a discount on our new water heater at it was still under warranty. At 2 PM that afternoon Blake and Zach came with a new water heater and very efficiently installed it. And we’re very clean neat and organized. We are very appreciative that Phil Mcdonald Plumbing and their staff was able to solve our problem so quickly and efficiently, and would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

  McDonald Plumbing is an Excellent company! They completely saved the day with our septic issue. They stand by their work. If you are looking for a trustworthy plumbing company, McDonald is it! I would highly recommend McDonald Plumbing.
