Phillip McDonald plumbing is awsome! They meet all your expectations and are prompt & courteous. The quality of their work is great! Dakota Nettles did a 2 man job alone. He was confident and reassuring. We had a difficult bathroom remodel and he overcame all obstacles in the job. We will always use Phillip McDonald plumbing for all our plumbing issues Thanks again for a super job! B Moore

We unfortunately had septic issues on Labor Day and worried no one would be open to help us. Thankfully after calling these guys not only were they available, they were here in an hour and didn’t add an outrageous amount to the total for the holiday! Both gentlemen showed up on time and were super professional, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly! Will continue to have my plumbing and septic business with Phillip McDonald Plumbing and Septic! Thank you for excellent customer service and exceptionally fast response time!!

The septic guys came out and pumped my septic tank. Found other issues and told me what needs to be done. They were professional , on time and did the job they were here to do. They also got their plumber scheduled to come out for one of the other issues I was having. They will now be my go to for septic and plumbing issues. Thank you

Excellent customer service, and they always do top quality work. This morning, even though they were booked for the day, they sent someone to my house to do a temporary fix, to restore water to my home until they could get to me for a complete repair. They made certain I had water so I couldd shower before going to a doctot appolntment. I have been with this company for numerous years, and they have always been this way, serving tbe customer beyond what would normally be expected. I highly recommend this company for everyone who is in need of plumbing repairs. I am truly grateful they service our area.
