We initially reached out to the original installer and received no response other than their initial AI intake 🤖. We emailed Sasquatch and heard within 24 hours from a human. The whole experience was professional from the beginning. Fast, professional responses with Jade at the office to prompt, professional work from the technician, Nico. Definitely recommend.
