  I have always enjoyed exceptional service at PC Paramedic in Mint Hill. Both William and Anthony are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to all things PC and tech. They have supported me through various tech issues and bugs with my aging laptop and go above and beyond to ensure everything is done just right. Their service is prompt and their work is excellent. Most recently, Anthony installed a firewall at our home. Due to some questions and issues on my end, Anthony came back to address my concerns and ensure everything worked perfectly - staying well after business hours were over. I appreciate the work they do and wouldn't trust my tech needs with any other company.

  William is amazing!! Life saver for real!! He fixed my daughter’s iPad quick and was very nice to me and my daughter! Would definitely recommend!

  The owner here is very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable. He will also fix your computer in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend him.

  William was fantastic!!! Service was quick and he thoroughly explaining all options on could be done to fix my laptop. He was able to get my laptop up and running better than new. Customer for life !!

  Brought my laptop in after I spilled coffee on the keyboard like an idiot! Thought I would at a minimum need a keyboard replacement, or potentially lose the laptop to a short circuit. Instead, William took it apart and cleaned it on super short notice, then offered a second round on the weekend to restore the keys as best as possible. In the end we averted any major damage and didn't even need to replace any parts. Thank you for your diligence and help to save my nearly brand new machine!
