  This company is at the top of the chart !! Excellent program with highly qualified employees. We have used RCC for close to 20 years now.....wouldn't change a thing !!

  Solid propane software. Absolutely useless for any other application and the communication from the organization for support or questions is non-existent. There's other options in the world for software. Based on lack of adaptability, poor communication, poor to no follow up with zero sense of urgency for anything - not a software I would endorse or recommend to anyone. One person's opinion, do your due diligence on R&D if you're looking for an ERP/CMMS platform for your business.

  We have used Rural Computer Consultants at my workplace for ten years plus. The computer system is easy to use and learn. If there are any issues, they are very responsive and helpful. They are open to any suggestions or requests for updating their program that we may want to use in our propane business. The staff are always very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend!
