  This company is at the top of the chart !! Excellent program with highly qualified employees. We have used RCC for close to 20 years now.....wouldn't change a thing !!

  Solid propane software. Absolutely useless for any other application and the communication from the organization for support or questions is non-existent. There's other options in the world for software. Based on lack of adaptability, poor communication, poor to no follow up with zero sense of urgency for anything - not a software I would endorse or recommend to anyone. One person's opinion, do your due diligence on R&D if you're looking for an ERP/CMMS platform for your business.

  RCC makes managing our business easy! The staff is friendly and communicating with them is hassle free. They offer a mobile app and online services that makes todays chaotic life, less stressful for not only us, but our consumers as well.

  We have worked with RCC for a few years now. When we first switched to them our software company had gone our of business with no notice right at the beginning of our busy season. The RCC team worked to make sure we had everything we needed to stay operational. Jamie is my go to for any issues and she is absolutely amazing to work with. Every time we speak its like talking to an old friend and she answers all my questions in a way that is easy to understand.
