  IT Netgroup was already the company that my company was working with when I started. They have always done a wonderful and prompt job. They make sure that my staff understands every step and are proactive in all steps. They have made my job easier and I worry about nothing. When our alarm service messed up our internet service, Jim came in and found the issue. He was diligent and knowledgeable. Even dealing with my own frustration in the situation. They are such a great company to work with.

  I give Jaxon five stars. He was on time and knew exactly what to do. We did a quick Speed Test over my wireless network and then over the repaired Ethernet cable. We got 101MB because I am only paying for 100MB from Metronet. Mission accomplished. Keith
