  I had a wonderful onboarding experience. Rentvine values having a quality product and a quality team. The application screening and product is the direct result of a company that listens to its customers everyday. The entire onboarding team was on top of it, and it made my onboarding experience so smooth. I’m looking forward to many years ahead with Rentvine!

  Everything started off great during onboarding, but once onboarding ended, the level of support dropped off dramatically. It felt like we had been left to figure everything out on our own. I repeatedly tried to get answers before owner funds were disbursed because certain company fees and owner-responsible bills needed to be deducted first. Unfortunately, the response took too long, and the money was sent to the owners without our company’s fees or the outstanding bills being properly accounted for. This created an entirely avoidable financial and operational issue for our business. The ongoing support system has been extremely disappointing. After onboarding, you cannot simply pick up the phone and speak with someone who already understands the platform and can walk you through an urgent issue. Instead, you have to submit an email explaining what you need, then wait for someone to review the situation and determine how to assist you. For a system responsible for managing rent payments, owner disbursements, fees, bills, and trust accounting, timely and knowledgeable support is essential. Based on my experience, the post-onboarding support has been completely inadequate. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

  Joemar and the team were extremely helpful during our sessions. They answered all of our questions with quick, thorough responses and walked us through customizing our application template so it perfectly aligns with our internal processes. We have already started using Rentvine for screening and are loving the efficiency. We highly recommend Rentvine to any property management team looking for a seamless way to accept and screen applications!

  I'm a horrified tenant who's in the Rentvine system! I cannot sign in to pay my rent, and I've emailed the property management company 4 times for help with no results. They suggested I contact Rentvine directly, but I can find NO way to do so. Their phone number only reaches a recorded message offering deals on all kinds of medical devices! And on their site if you scroll down you'll find a section titled Best-in-class customer support. Offering one to "Email, chat or text us" But there are NO links allowing one to do so. If I could I would give them zero stars!
