RUN from this company!! We have leased a large copier for many years even though it was not properly installed and we could not use the scanner function!! When they tried to remotely fix the issue we were charged!!! Then.... after getting a new and much better lease through another company they wanted to charge us $280 to pick up their equipment. Our new lease on a brand new machine that is better and connected properly is saving us over $100 per month!!
I will NEVER recommend this company and I am a business consultant.

Frequently Asked Questions About Grand Canyon Business Solutions
What is GCBS Email Protect?
GCBS Email Protect is an advanced email security solution that employs machine learning and artificial intelligence technology to examine incoming emails for potential threats including phishing attempts, spam, and other email-based security risks.
Why am I seeing these banners at the top of my email?
The banners are implemented by GCBS Email Protect to notify you of potential threats in your emails. They display the sender's address and indicate whether an email originated from within your organization (internal) or from outside sources (external). Their presence indicates that your IT department has implemented Email Protect and included you among the protected users.
What do the different banner colors mean?
A gray banner indicates no unusual or suspicious elements were detected in the message, though you should still verify the sender address and source type. A yellow banner signals something unusual about the email that warrants extra attention, such as requests for sensitive information. A red banner indicates the message is likely dangerous, potentially containing brand impersonation, phishing URLs, or attempts to spoof internal company accounts.
What should I do if I receive an email with a yellow banner?
When you receive an email with a yellow banner, carefully examine the sender's identity and determine if it's from a trusted source. Exercise caution when clicking any links within the email or opening attachments, as these could potentially contain security threats.
What should I do if I receive an email with a red banner? Why did I receive it if it's considered dangerous?
For emails with red banners, you can typically delete the message and proceed with your day. These emails are still delivered despite being flagged as dangerous because they provide educational opportunities for recognizing characteristics of potentially harmful communications.
What does the "Report This Email" link do? How do I provide feedback on GCBS Email Protect's analysis?
The "Report This Email" link located in the bottom-right corner of each banner allows you to provide feedback on Email Protect's classification. Clicking this link directs you to a web form where you can indicate if the message is safe, spam, or phishing, and add comments about your assessment. Your feedback helps improve Email Protect's prediction accuracy, and submissions are manually reviewed to enhance the system's overall security effectiveness.
Why do I see a GCBS Email Protect page when I click a link in an email?
GCBS Email Protect includes real-time link verification capabilities. When this feature is activated and you click links in emails with yellow or red banners, you'll be directed to a page reaffirming that the message was flagged as unusual or suspicious. Additionally, if a link in an email with a gray banner is later identified as malicious, Email Protect's real-time check will display a blocker page alerting you to the potential danger when clicked.
What should I do if I have questions or comments about the GCBS Email Protect service?
For questions or comments regarding the GCBS Email Protect service, please contact Grand Canyon Business Solutions at (480) 278-8380. Our IT support team can adjust your Email Protect policies and settings to ensure optimal functionality for your specific needs.
