  Absolutely unacceptable customer service at ZAGG Arrowhead Mall. I went into this location to have the screen protector on my iPad replaced, something I originally purchased from ZAGG several years ago. Apparently, they can no longer find my purchase in their system. While that is frustrating enough, the way the situation was handled is what really earned this review. I spoke with Yomin, who was working at the store, and asked him to contact his manager or simply pass along my information so the manager could contact me. He flat-out refused. His response was, “I’m not allowed to call my boss.” Are you kidding me? I wasn’t asking for anything outrageous. If an employee can’t resolve a customer issue, asking to speak with a manager is about as basic as customer service gets. Instead of making any effort to help, escalate the issue, or even take my information, I was essentially told there was nothing he was willing to do. I’ve purchased ZAGG products specifically because of the replacement program and the expectation that the company stands behind what it sells. What good is that supposed to be if years later they suddenly can’t locate the purchase and the employee won’t even allow you to escalate the problem to management? Terrible customer service, zero effort to resolve the issue, and an absolutely ridiculous response when I asked to speak with a manager. I expect someone from management at ZAGG Arrowhead Mall to address this.

  Knowledgeable staff and friendly service! I had to replace my phone and had no idea what kind of screen protection or case I had on my previous phone… my sales associate, Yomin, took his time in explaining all of the different options. Once we landed on what I needed, he installed everything for me and made sure to wide the entire phone down to remove any smudging and fingerprints. Great experience.

  The ZAGG screen protector has been well worth the investment. I return annually for a replacement and phone detailing. On my most recent visit, Yomin assisted me. He was friendly, helpful, and efficient!

  Walked in said what I needed and got my screen protector changed very quickly love that ZAGG has the warranty where you only pay $12 for a new screen protector and they install it if it where not for zagg o would have had to replace my screen multiple times love their customer service in person always so nice and quick to help with the issue and inspect screen for any little nick and let you know it may lift up your screen if you do have a nick in your screen
