It's not that I found their assistance bad, but it's that it took an UNBELIEVABLE 9 days to get my laptop fixed. And I had to follow-up almost every day. It's just incomprehensible.

Very bad service. I came here to get my laptop fixed. They sent it out for repair, but then told me they couldn't fix it because they contacted the manufacturer (Dell) for a part and apparently, this part was out of stock and not made anymore. I then just sent my computer to Dell for repair. A bit of an extra charge, but Dell magically was able to find this "out of stock" part and didn't make excuses. Seems like Geek Squad either doesn't have the patience, or is too lazy to find a part, so they would rather just tell the customer they can't fix it. Thankfully I didn't waste my money on buying a new laptop from Best Buy.

Attention SCAM!! Ne faites pas confiance à ces escrocs. Le service est misérable, les prix ne reflètent pas la réalité et vous risquez d'avoir des mauvaise surprises sur votre facture. Manque de respect et mensonge de la part des employés.

It is the worst experience of my life. They don't answer any questions! You can't cancel your protection plan! They're unprofessional and unethical. I will never buy anything from Best Buy!

Their service is completely a rubbish! Their costumer service is below zero, they don't answer and if so, they don't help you out. Don't recommend it at all.
