  The Waller Post Office has the most incompetent employees of anyplace I’ve ever seen or dealt with. A package was delivered to our residence today(8-28-26)and the delivery person sat it at the edge of my driveway and sidewalk.(unprotected) Normally our packages are sat on our porch by the door but apparently this driver was LAZY !! We got a rain storm this afternoon and the package got completely soaked. There’s NO reason for this incompetence. I hate the Waller P. O. We don’t deal the those jerks in Waller. We drive 4 miles down the road to Hockley for all our mailing needs. Postmaster General needs to clean the Waller Postoffice out and get some competent workers in there.

  Pathetic customer service. No assistance in finding a missing package sent through "Priority Mail" from this location.

  My experience at the Waller USPS Post Office was very disappointing. While I understand that postal employees can have busy days, the office was literally empty when I visited. Even so, I was not treated with the respect and professionalism every customer deserves. The interaction felt unwelcoming, and better communication and a more positive attitude would have made a significant difference. Customer service is just as important as completing the transaction. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers have a much better experience than I did.

  I went to this post office to drop off a package. Walked in and stood there for at least 7 minutes, I rang the bell several times and No one came to assist although I heard someone talking. After ranging the bell several more times the talking stopped, almost as if they did not want to be heard. Soon a black man walked out with glasses very rude, he took my package asked if I wanted a receipt and as he was printing my receipt, instead of letting me leave the review he quickly hit the smiley face on the screen, as if his service was good. There packages left unattended on the counter. This post office needs better employees. The guy working needs better training and he should not be leaving himself reviews when checking out customers. That should be up to the customer to leave the review, not him as a employee.
