I explained that I have had other things shipped with that same number. And they said it doesn't exist unless it's registered with the post office. And if I wanted my package I should have been there 20 min. Before I got there originally at 3:20pm. Lady, I have been calling since 2pm and it kept ending the call every single time I called.

If you can’t handle this job then please give it to someone who knows how to treat people with kindness because this gentleman is absolutely worthless.
