At the time of my review, this post office had a 2/5 rating. Now I know that is too generous. There was one african-american women picking her nose aggressively facing us. I needed to ask a quick question, there was no one else waiting. I took a couple of steps towards her window, she snarled at me saying " i didn't call anyone". I'll stick with my Rego Park, they're way nicer and more helpful.

A line over 17 people, and only 1 person work. No manager or extra staff to be found. HORRIBLE. I wonder if the superiors are hold accountable for the mess in the post office. Also like this.

The line is out the door and only one attendant is available helping a family with their passports for 20 minutes while the other staff are laughing with each other just chatting in the back, what a great use of our tax dollars

The Asian woman who works there has one of the worst attitudes I have ever experienced. She constantly yells at elderly customers whenever they don’t know how to do something. My two sisters and I have all witnessed this on different occasions, and every single time it is the same woman humiliating people instead of helping them.
Watching her scream at older adults is absolutely heartbreaking. These are people who deserve patience, kindness, and respect, not to be treated like they are an inconvenience. The fact that she is a manager makes her behavior even more shocking. A manager should set an example, not intimidate and disrespect customers.
If you are reading this, you should be ashamed of the way you treat people. Your behavior is unprofessional, unacceptable, and completely lacking in basic human decency. No one deserves to be spoken to the way you speak to customers, especially elderly people who simply need assistance.
Management should seriously address this because someone with this attitude should not be representing a business that serves the public.

As a visitor from SF visiting my hometown in Forest Hills, I was delighted - a word I don’t use lightly - with the service and the architecture of this post office. I had to mail my rent check to SF and the staff guided me to get it delivered in time.
The staff are knowledgeable, an professional. And witty!
