- STStanley TangAug 4, 20261.0If I can give zero star, I will definitely do that because this particular post office has gone downhill since the two regular window clerks (Nelly & Tyrell) had left. Always a long line and I needed to keep on coming back to look for my packages (I have a P.O. Box in there) because the replacement window clerk (Miley) simply didn’t know what she was doing. It was very annoying and frustrating to go back and forth just to look for my packages on 3 different occasions (twice on Monday 8/3 and once on Tuesday 8/4). Worse of all, Mileu even gave me an attitude and tried to brush me off by saying “I don’t want to talk to you and let me take the next customer”. In reality, she didn’t even try to look for my packages and simply told me to go away without even allowing me to show her the tracking information that I had…

- CZCynthia ZJul 3, 20261.0I honestly don't recommend this USPS. The process feels outdated and overly strict compared to other USPS locations. Tape requirements are enforced in a way that isn't consistent with other branches, which makes basic shipping more complicated than it should be. For returns selected with "no box, no label," you'd usually expect the location to provide packaging. Instead, you're required to buy a box there, which feels unnecessary and like you're paying extra for something that should already be included and paid for by the seller. That's double charge and robbery. Overall, the experience feels inefficient and not customer-friendly.
