The customer service is unacceptable, and the way people are treated is disappointing. If you can avoid going here, I strongly recommend doing so.

They refused to work with me to allow *my mother* to pick up a package on my behalf — they said because my mom doesn’t have the same last name as me, they could not give it to her, even though she had the tracking number and receipt. What? My mom kept her maiden name 40 years and we’ve literally never had this kind of issue before. Extended no offer to help me verify my identify and confirm that I’m permitting my mother to pick it up. When I asked to speak to the manager he said no. Straight up told me “She doesn’t have the same last name. I’m just doing my job. I don’t care.” The irony is that I had this package sent to this store because the original one was lost/stolen when I ordered it to my place. I thought having it sent here would be alleviating issues, not creating more ones. Glad no one at this store is capable of problem-solving any issue whatsoever.
