I came to this FedEx location simply to drop off a package, and unfortunately, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever received.
The cashier, Angela, called me to the counter and told me that my package was too large. After discussing the situation with her, she instructed me to put approximately two inches of tape on the package. I asked her directly if I was really going to be charged for such a small amount of tape—literally an amount smaller than the width of a hand. She said yes and proceeded to charge me $4.34 for it.
Charging a customer $4.34 for a tiny piece of tape is already excessive, but what happened next was even more disappointing.
I left the location, went to CVS, purchased my own tape, and returned. When I came back, Angela actually asked me whether I had paid for the tape.
Seriously?
At that point, it felt less like customer service and more like I was being treated as though I was attempting to steal something over a couple of inches of tape. Whether that was intentional or not, it was extremely inappropriate and made me feel singled out and profiled.
Angela, if you happen to read this: customer service clearly isn’t your strongest skill. The level of suspicion, attitude, and unnecessary hostility you displayed over something as insignificant as a piece of tape was completely ridiculous.
I sincerely hope FedEx reviews this interaction, because if this is the standard of customer service being provided at this location, Angela may be better suited for a job where customer satisfaction isn’t part of the job description.
I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and would appreciate a response regarding how FedEx handles employees who treat customers this way. She should be working at a dollar tree

I came into this FedEx location to get a sample print and a quote for a larger printing project. I was the only customer waiting at the counter. There were several employees present, including a manager and supervisor who appeared to be occupied, but the employee who eventually assisted me was not helping another customer. Even so, I stood there for a little over 10 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged.
When he finally addressed me, the interaction felt dismissive from the start. I tried to reset the tone by saying hello and asking how he was doing, but instead of responding, he immediately asked, “What do you need?”
There was also unnecessary back-and-forth when I asked for the cost of my printing project. He repeatedly corrected me by saying, “You mean the price?” I was simply asking what the job would cost, so the repeated correction felt unnecessary and frustrating.
I then wanted to print two copies using the printers behind the counter, but I was directed to self-service. No one explained how the machine worked or what to expect. I got stuck waiting for a code that I did not realize would be emailed to me, and the email was delayed.
While I was clearly having difficulty with the printer, the manager and supervisor were still occupied, but the employee I had already spoken with was not assisting another customer and never asked if I needed help. Even a simple, “Ma’am, do you need assistance with the printer?” would have made a difference.
After payment, the machine still appeared active, and I actually had to tell another customer not to use it because I wasn’t sure whether my session had fully ended. I eventually figured everything out on my own.
I do want to acknowledge that the supervisor eventually stepped in and improved the experience, which I appreciated. However, after the overall lack of acknowledgment and customer service, I decided not to place my larger printing order at this location.
A simple greeting, acknowledgment, and willingness to assist would have completely changed this experience.

I always have a terrible experience at this FedEx location. The staff are generally rude and unhelpful. They close at 6 PM on Saturday. I arrived two minutes before closing on 8/22/2026 to quickly drop off a package, and a female employee looked right at me and deliberately locked the door in my face. It was incredibly insulting and rude. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I've added photos to this FedEx store. It's referenced as FedEx office, print and ship center.
And it does. All that, and the people here are good. It looks like I didn't write a review before, but I'm writing a review now. They've been very good to me. I'll be going there tomorrow and I started looking at FedEx's that I could go to and this was the second one. They have real photos. They have my photos. The other FedEx just had stock photos but I do have one criticism that they can fix.
There's a category that they have now on Google maps called updates.
If you haven't been to the library in a while, just go to their updates. There are enough updates there to keep you reading for hours if not days. It's unusable when you have that many. So hey good people at the FedEx office print and chip center prune your updates. Probably only 10 are relevant but prune your updates.
I'll be there tomorrow to drop the package off. I'll take some photos and if you prune your updates, I'll update my score to five stars. Make a real review as opposed to this, which is mostly about your your excessive updates.

Horrible customer service when shipping my package today. After waiting in line, I was offered help by an employee. Who eventually walked off and never returned. Despite this happening out in the open, i was ignored by the other employees while they talked about lunch.Until I spoke up repeatedly asking for my shipping label to be printed.I Highly don't suggest doing business here.
