The post office in Wright City, MO was AWESOME. We are in the process of moving which has been stressful enough. To file our change of address, we had to go to the post office to have our identity verified. We walked in with email in hand in in less than a minute we were done and on with our day. The staff member was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to happen. This is likely the easiest and best interaction we've ever had with the US Post Office. It was all so quick that I failed to catch his name to thank him specifically.

Worst post office ever. Always delivering WRONG ADDRESS mail (apparently they can’t read), speeding in the USPS vans, they also leave your mailbox open after delivering mail in the rain so your bills are wet! I have gone in several times with other people’s mail from different addresses, every time I go in to take it their excuse is they don’t know everyone who lives in my house & I have to fill out a paper but it’s not even the right address! They don’t even wear their uniforms! Guys wearing sandals & swim shorts. The lady in the front is so rude and unhelpful. Out of all the places I’ve lived this is the worst location. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

The normal workers are great. problems happen when regulars aren't working, that's normal, but it isn't good when even a person who fills in lies on the package papers for delivery. Most service is great and in the store itself. o
