- NWNoah WheelerAug 7, 20261.0I've been here once or twice, and usually people are super nice. Although, I went today and the lady was super rude. I was asking about getting my mail in Bois D'Arc, and she started going off at me after I mentioned that I had asked a question on Facebook to people who get their mail here because I haven't been receiving mine, and other people said they haven't been receiving their mail either. Apparently, it's pretty common in Bois D'Arc, and she just went off. Super unhelpful and rude. This place needs to get people who actually can handle customer service and not bring their life problems to work.

- CCCourtneyDec 14, 20231.0They refuse to leave packages at my apartment door. They say it's because of theft at the complex but Amazon leaves packages at my apartment door all of the time and I've never had a package stolen. It's just an excuse and I'm sick and tired of it.
