- DDDimbyApr 30, 20261.0Worker told me not to use envelopes when shipping anything other than paper because that is the leading cause of damaged mail which was good information. He then however right after saying that threw my mail across the room behind him into the bin without knowing what was in it. Maybe if we didn’t throw mail it wouldn’t get damaged, crazy thought.

Learn to go when they are not busy and it will be a better experience. If you want to be waited on with cheese and wine, don't go to government facilities.
