  A nice UPS shipping location to use and conveniently located inside a Dierberg's grocery store. Staff was pleasant but this one is a bit out of the way for me so I'm not sure I will be a regular customer. Still, if you need to ship something via UPS and find yourself in the area this is a perfectly good place to accomplish that chore...and then go find something to feed the family for dinner.

  Very nice people employed there, but the office is a total disaster from a operation standpoint. UPS lost my package, when I tried to track it down I was told I had to go to the local office. The local office said go to the national office, and that they had systems down. The next day I called back and they said that the manager would have to file the claim and to call back. The following four days I called back and they are not answering their phone claiming on the recording that they are overwhelmed by customers. Still no package, still no claim filed, really bad service from UPS and the local office. Whatever their problem is they need to get it fixed as this is not currently a reasonably functional business in my opinion.

  Dropped off a small amazon return to the store...no hello, goodbye thanks...no acknowledgement that I was even in the store when he handed me the receipt!

  The team at the Wildwood store has always taken really good care of me over the years. They go out of their way to let me know when I have a package or mail that I might be waiting for. They never mind when I call up their to check my mail box, even when they are busy. The customer service has always been very good. I love Rob, Carol, Matt and Kurt.
