  Matt went far beyond what we expected. We took 2 smaller packages in first to be shipped. When we told him we had 2 other large packages in our van, he immediately asked if we needed some help. Since my wife and I are elderly (I’m 81), we really appreciated the assistance. Matt didn’t hesitate at all to help. He’s an outstanding employee at the UPS store that we use frequently.

  I had to overnight a letter today using UPS Next Day Air. I have not done this in a long time. The clerk at my local store in Stones Corner was just Awesome today! Thank You so much Jessica for your great service!!

  I had to leave a review and let you know how sweet that young man was that helped me just the other day. I think his name was Matt. He helped my husband and I get our package mailed to our grandson in the Army. Great young man

  This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to and I can’t stress that enough! I go in there with a golf club to ship back and I have my own box with an additional box on the top, but I understand that I can’t do that. So i knew i would buy a box, and keep in mind I shipped to golf clubs back the day before and the shipping cost was 20 bucks today I try to ship one back and it’s gonna cost me $109. So I asked them why the difference and they tell me because they packaged it then there’s that additional cost because it doesn’t matter what the weight of the package is between one to 40 pounds they charge you for 40 pounds. So I decided OK what if I buy the box from you? Will it be the 20 bucks and they tell me yes it should be around that. So I buy the box I buy the shipping material and I’m in the process of packaging it myself right in front of them and then I hear oh wait I’m sorry it looks like the size of the package is what’s gonna cause it to be $109 and I said well it’s your package and they said OK. Well look at this. They gave me a printout of the handling sizes and the cost and I shit you not A 48 inch long by 6 x 7 box is $22.16. And then they show me the cost for a 49 inch box 6 x 7 and that’s $109 and To ship. So I say well, your box is 48 and they say oh, but we have to add an additional inch. That’s ridiculous, it’s your box. If you Have to have them package a package for you and it’s weight is nowhere near 40 pounds, Or you need to buy a A box from them to ship a golf club do not do this. They have no clue what they’re doing. They don’t tell you until it’s too late. You’ve already paid for this for the materials. Go somewhere else! I spent 1.5 hours on this nonsense. So just to give you an update I went to FedEx office up by Rangeline and 20th and there was 3 to 4 inches of space between the top of the box and the golf club and he cut it down. He cut it down to where it was below 48 inches and Walla $22 instead of $109. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! UPS store doesn’t care about the customer saving money, fedex does.
