- TCTray ChaneyJun 5, 20261.0One star. This post office managed to turn a simple customer-service issue into a lesson in bureaucratic incompetence. I went in person regarding an Amazon package with an address issue and was literally shown the package by an employee. However, because the employee had already placed a sticker on the box, I was told the package could no longer be released to me and had to be returned to Amazon. To be clear: I paid for the item, the package was physically sitting in front of me, and the employee was holding it. Yet I was informed that a sticker somehow mattered more than common sense or customer service. The result is that a time-sensitive order is now being shipped back, forcing me to wait for a refund and reorder products that were needed immediately. The entire experience felt less like dealing with people empowered to solve problems and more like dealing with a system designed to create them. If you need assistance from this branch, don’t expect practical solutions. You may get more useful help from the automated phone system than from the staff responsible for serving customers in person. The level of inflexibility, inefficiency, and administrative incompetence on display was genuinely astonishing.
