- ALAngela LehrSep 22, 20261.0Front counter was incredibly rude, passive aggressive, and had the audacity to make a comment because I had a frustrated look on my face. She pulled someone to the front counter so they didn’t have to wait in line because they didn’t come in prepared the first time. This is fine if it were explained to me but I had to put the pieces together myself. Instead it sounded like she was pulling her friend to the front so they didn’t have to wait in the long line. She made a comment about setting me to the side so I could settle down loud enough for the entire place to hear. I didn’t even say anything except I just have a package with a QR code already. Can you not take someone having an annoyed look on their face? Was that too much for you? If that’s too much for you then maybe find another career. She then proceeded to tell me I had the wrong tape? It’s white packing tape. She then insinuated I was lying. I felt genuinely uncomfortable.
