Don't waste your time calling this post office they don't answer and then when you asked about your package they don't know what to tell you even when it's out for delivery.

The man that is always at the front counter is extremely rude. Today he told my husband to step aside with 5 packages we had to ship. Labels were already on and ready to go. Just needed a receipt that they were scanned and he said he needed to step aside so he could take care of the customers that were spending money. UMMM WE PAID FOR THE LABELS ALREADY AND PRINTED THEM OUT AT HOME WHICH WOULDN’T IT SEEM THAT WOULD MAKE YOUR JOB A LITTLE EASIER?? Makes zero sense. Scan the packages, give us a receipt, and that’s it. I ship 3 days a week and NEVER at any other post office have I been told to step aside so they can take care of other customers first. I will be filling a complaint against him with USPS but it probably won’t do any good because the postal service has gone so down hill in the last 10 years.

if i could give a no star review, I would. They act like anyone who comes in is an inconvenience and rushes them just to get them out the door faster.

Glad to see I’m not the only one who has issues with this place.. Just proves it’s them and not me.. packages ALWAYS scanned delivered before they are delivered, packages will be missing until i file a missing package report then it magically shows up.. Now, 1st week of Feb. I came into post office and mailed off my taxes. They disappeared.. IRS never received it.. So I come on March 10th and remail it this time certified mail… said to be delivered 3/15… It’s 3/17, do you think they received it?? NOPE!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous!!! This isn’t just my grandmas birthday card, this is me and my families PERSONAL CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION!! THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!! I’m legit about to catch out on these people…

Lord knows I’ve tried everything…. Just to get my mail, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Every week I receive other people’s mail in my box. We have 8 mailboxes together clearly marked with house numbers. How our packages are constantly placed in another box is just lazy. I’ve had my medications from the VA put in the wrong box numerous times, sadly it has taken up to 7 days for the homeowners that received them to get them to me. I left a tip, card and cookies at Christmas… the day she got them she put 2 of my neighbors (different neighbors) mail in my box. I even purchased larger numbers for the box that are HUGE. Did not help! Driveway was shoveled and cleaned to the blacktop, salted and clear of snow… It’s now 5 days later and I’m still getting notes in my box that package was undeliverable? I’ve sent pics to the PO, I’ve called and I can’t even pick up the package because it’s not at the post office. I know their job is not always easy, but even with all of my thank you’s, waves to her, and gifts and money … nothing helps. Sadly, looking at the other reviews left on here, Troy has had a lot of issues that are not being handled.
