  I had several things to take care of while I was in the store. Jasmine helped me and was awesome. She was friendly from the moment I entered the store. I appreciated how efficient she was. I was in and out within a few minutes. Excellent experience with this employee!

  Came in for a notary. One associate worked to get my document printed for me, Evelyn actually did my notary. They were very quick, I was in and out. Also the price for the service was reasonable. Evelyn was very professional, sweet, and also very fashionable if I may say! Wonderful consumer service! I will be back.

  This was by far the worst shipping experience I have ever had. I dropped off a package containing very valuable laptop equipment at this UPS Store. The first issue was that the employee did not even provide me with a drop-off receipt. I had to go back and specifically ask for one before they finally gave it to me. I arrived around 6:00 PM, even though the store closes at 7:00 PM, but the staff acted like they were already closed and seemed unwilling to help. The customer service was rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. I asked the UPS Store to pack my shipment. The package was supposed to contain two laptops along with laptop parts and accessories. However, the recipient later reported receiving a box containing only a router that does not belong to me. My laptops and other items are now missing, and UPS has opened a lost package investigation. I cannot say exactly where the mistake happened, but this situation raises serious concerns about how my package was handled after I entrusted it to this store for packing. I am now dealing with an extremely stressful claims process involving thousands of dollars worth of equipment. Based on my experience, I would never trust this UPS Store with valuable shipments again. Failing to provide a receipt, providing poor customer service, and the apparent mishandling of such an important package have completely destroyed my confidence in this location.

  This is where I go to drop off stuff that requires UPS. Always fast, in and out, done. Even the drivers are courteous, walking around customers, making sure they don't knock anybody over. Nate and Evelyn are perfect employees, and any company would be lucky to have them.

  Jasmine is awesome! She went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. She helped me with my packages. I got them backwash and she helped me and informed me that I can put 2 items together to ship. She was so sweet and I think she should get a raise for helping little old ladies that don't know anything about technology. She was patient and kind and taught me something too. I'm glad she helped me she's awesome. There needs to be more people like her in this world. Thank u again Jasmine you're amazing keep being your beautiful self and helping old ladies like me. It is much appreciated. Thank you again.
