- AAAlexis6 days ago5.0Went in to ship a package. Witnessed a difficult customer and it was handled very professionally. Gary was there to help, however the customer did not want help. When it was my turn, he helped me get my package shipped and the process was quick and simple. Big shout out to Gary for the outstanding professionalism and the kindness given to each customer regardless of the situation!

- PPPaigeSep 18, 20265.0I use UPS a lot over the years for returns and I'll be honest, I had to just get used to that when I would go to a UPS store, I understood that I was going to have an unpleasant encounter and it seemingly wasn't personal since the experience was so wide spread. It seemed to be every Ups location in multiple different states, the associates just always seemed so annoyed at your presence. Then I experienced SHAWN at this store location and he totally redeemed my experience with UPS returns. Whether it be his awesome, unique style or his kind, simple acknowledgement of something that was important to me, he was a pleasant, professional and a proficient experience added to my morning. More people should be like Shawn at work. It could turn someone's day around.
