As my luck would have it, it was absolutely packed, but Nate and his colleagues moved the line along fast! Just wanted to take a minute to appreciate and highlight the service Nate provided not only to me but to all customers. what could’ve felt like a highly stressful experience due to the high volume (and negative energy from some customers) and workload, instead Nate made sure he quickly yet very efficiently delivered satisfactory service to ALL customers. Appreciate that kind of service and mentality, especially in today’s world. Nate is certainly an asset to his team and i’m hopeful UPS is already well aware!
