I had a very disappointing experience with this FedEx Office location.
I brought in a flash drive containing watercolor greeting cards that I had created and asked to have two cards printed on each 8.5” x 11” sheet of 100-lb cardstock. I was told they would be ready in two days.
When I picked them up and opened the box in the store, I immediately saw that the quality was terrible. Approximately 90% of the cards had a prominent black streak on them. The young man helping me watched as I went through the cards and saw the problem himself. He took them all back and said he would redo them and asked me to return the next day.
When I returned the following day, he wasn’t there. The employee who had originally downloaded and printed the cards was working. When I asked for my cards, she told me they weren’t ready. When I explained that I had been instructed to return that day, she responded, “Well, that’s a lie.” I was appalled by that response and the way I was spoken to.
She told me someone would call me when the cards were ready. As I was leaving, she called out that the reprint would cost $500, but they were only going to charge me $200. No price of $200 or $500 had ever been quoted or discussed with me.
Five days later, I still had not received a call. I went back to the store and again asked about my cards. I was told again that someone would call me. I asked whether she had printed the original cards, and she said yes. When I questioned how she thought that quality was acceptable, she blamed the problem on how the cards had been scanned—which was particularly frustrating because she was the person who had done the scanning.
I asked for the manager’s name. Initially I was told he wasn’t there. After asking again, I was finally given the name Will. I told her I intended to speak with him about the poor quality of the work and the lack of communication. As I walked out, she began shouting apologies.
At this point, the biggest issue is that I paid for a service, received unacceptable quality, was given conflicting information, was spoken to disrespectfully, and still did not have my cards five days after being told they would be redone.
I understand that mistakes happen. What I don’t understand is how obviously defective work could be considered acceptable, followed by poor communication and the way I was treated when I questioned it. I hope management addresses both the quality-control issue and the customer-service problems at this location.

I had medicines shipped overnight via FedEx to this location. Thie delivery driver refused to deliver it because the worker was not 21. Nothing rubs salt in the wound like being on hold with customer service an listening to an automated message telling about having my package held at a FedEx location. No $#@$% that is what I wanted to do. NIw I am out of MEDICINE.

Lorelei is a machine! Lorelei is great at multitasking, has exceptional customer service, and is super efficient at getting your info and finding what you need.
I came in and shipped 3 packages and was in and out quickly - Lorelei was flying solo while having an end of day rush and handled it like it was nothin! I would definitely come back here again.

Everyone working there is super helpful to me every single time I walk in and I hear them and watch them being even better with other people. It’s fantastic how easy it is to go in and get what I want done.

My experience at this FedEx Office Center was excellent due to the careful, efficient, and professional service provided by Bree. She explained my options clearly, printed a test page, and checked with me to ensure all the details were right before running my rush job. She did good work completing the spiral bindings, the cost was reasonable, and I was on my way in less than a half hour. I see a lot of negative reviews for this location, and I have to believe that some employees are not very careful. If you want professional results done promptly, ask for Bree.
