  On a Thursday, after 6 pm, Beth was truly trying her very best to scan the two bad QR codes issued by Spectrum Mobile but still was unsuccessful in printing my label. Together we tried 4 scanning stations. Spectrum Mobile was contacted in store from Fedex and eventually issued another QR code long after I left FedEx. I returned to the same FedEx location Saturday sometime after noon. I looked for Beth but I didn't see her, instead Taj, I believe was his name, was pressed into service on to complete my original task. Instead of being helpful like Beth, Taj was rude and dismissive! I left. While I had no plans to return to the same Fedex location based on the interaction with the 2nd employee, I did wind up back there Monday evening. On this third visit, I did successfully complete package drop off with a 3rd authentication from Spectrum Mobile that permitted me to print in advance. Monday was very hectic and a huge truck was loading out front. While I wished I could get my parcel on its way 3 full delivery days later, the machine indicated pickup had ceased for the day and no one working noticed me or took any such initiative. Instead I tossed the return into the empty box and it landed with a thud. When I turned to leave, I realized I was in the driver's path. As he was fast approaching with his overloaded cart, I left by the second door instead. Behind me the driver had to adjust his angle so as not to force his large load through the front door. The good news Spectrum Mobile confirmed receipt although not at all in an acceptable manner alas that's for another review 🤪

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. The woman who “assisted” me was incredibly rude. She treated me as if I was bothering her by being there. She sighed when I asked for help. Then she could not tell me why to ship a small package was going to be $70…. I took the package to UPS for a fraction of the cost and received excellent customer service.

  Felicity was a superstar! Helped us print a poster for a last minute funeral this morning and was a pleasure to work with over the phone and in person! She adjusted our resolution on our file and really made our memorial special. Thank you felicity!!

  Waited in line, they let someone pass me in line. Finally got my turn, needed a label printed, a process, as it turns out, couldn't be done simply by scanning the code on my phone but had to be EMAILED to them and then wait, forever, to get an email back, meanwhile, everybody in line behind me getting served, I gave up, had to get to work ... returned to finish mailing my box today already labeled and ready to go. Person behind counter polite, very fast and efficient.

  An associate named Chris and another associate whose name I didn't catch were very helpful and patient as they assisted me with delivering a package. Even while troubleshooting some issues I had with getting a label printed they remained kind and professional, and had it all figured out in about 15 minutes.
