- KKKieran KJan 10, 20261.0Terrible experience. Door was closed and locked on Saturday during posted business hours. Went back later and they charge an absurd drop off free for a prepaid and pre labeled FedEx package. Seriously??? That's the whole point of a FedEx store.

Package still sits there 2 weeks later. TRASH STAFF. Then i call Customer service. Customer service SUCKS, don't understand what you tell them, can't understand them.
