- KBKylie Buer6 days ago5.0The manager on duty was very knowledgeable and super friendly to me and other customers. There was a self-service station but I skipped that since I had a question. Yes you can ship a key in an envelope!
- KTKendra TurnbullJun 17, 20261.0If i could do negative stars i would!!!!!!The postoffice is a joke. We got this confirmation mail June 2nd about bran moving. We've still been getting mail but suddenly packages aren't deliverable because "the addressee has moved" we've lived there 5 years!!!! I called an 800 number had to fight with the auto system for like 10 minutes. Got ahold of an agent. The agent told me that "when a family member moves from a household, it automatically makes everyone in the household with the same last name as moving" Thats when I lost it (poor girl got the wrath of me) so I talked to a lead and she said that our local carrier put it as we all moved with no forwarding address. Like what?!!!!!! We got a package and lots of mail this week so why SUDDENLY is it marked as us moved. No one tried to contact me or jamie about it, bran was the only one who got a letter that was dated June 2! And now my package has been RETURNED to sender!!!!!!!! Like what??????🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 the agent did give me a service request number and a direct phone number to the glenstone office but ive tried 3 times now it rings then goes busy and hangs up.

Too dependent on machines!!!!!!!!! 9400108106245126138045. Look for yourself!!!! They have been emailed several times. They have been called numerous times. They do not respond. Even put in special case and still they try to deliver to old address!!!!!!!!!!

I was trying to get my information filled out and made a mistake on the form but get another form until the next day. Upon early arrival I was challenged about having an appointment. My dyslexia was very strong making it impossible to finish the form. They had no help available for me.
