- LHLily HammSep 1, 20265.0I went to the location on East Kearney ST in Springfield MO to return a few items and my experience was really good. Katie was super helpful and ensured that I was doing everything right with my returns, and she really took her time with me. I can’t recommend her enough!
- EEErinAug 29, 20262.0They're very nice, but they're a franchise, so UPS sends packages there but don't expect to have it when your ticket says it will be available and don't expect to get any support other than the UPS customer service number that will repeat the same company line over and over after making you wait on hold for half an hour. UPS clearly silos so nobody has to take responsibility when the ball gets dropped. Never send 2 day mail because the driver won't knock and then it'll be 3 days before it gets to the UPS store if you're lucky. Don't expect to get your $$ back for the 2 day shipping either.
