  I have a very important package coming in. I marked it for pick up at the store for pick up because I was going to be out of town. When I got back in town it was marked at the store to pick up. When I went to pick up the package they told me that they marked it at the store without ever having hands on it. So now I have to make a clame and can't track it's location due to them not doing their job correctly...

  I come into this UPS Store almost every single day for work, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most consistently positive customer service experiences I’ve ever had. No matter how busy it is, I’m always greeted with a smile and treated with kindness. The team moves quickly and efficiently, but never in a way that makes you feel rushed or overlooked. They genuinely make every person feel important, which is rare these days. The energy in this place is always welcoming—never stressful or chaotic, even during peak times. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and in how they treat people. I especially want to shout out Jayme, Carl, and James. They go above and beyond every time I come in. They’re friendly, helpful, and just all-around great at what they do. If you’re looking for a UPS Store that actually cares about its customers and keeps things running smoothly, this is the one.

  During the hail storm on April 28th the employees were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond putting themselves in harms way. They were outside with cardboard boxes and tape helping everyone cover their windows, their quick thinking saved our windshield from the second band of hail. Promotions and raises should be considered for everyone on staff that day!!!

  The employees at this store are phenomenal! Not only are they fast and efficient and provide friendly service, they go above and beyond to help customers. Today there was a major hail event in Springfield. The employees at this store were helping customers put cardboard and on their windshields and windows and assisting victims of a traffic accident and providing help and support in any way they could. They are to be highly commended for their excellent work and service that goes above and beyond.

  Love coming to this store! Katie always does a great job helping me! Will definitely be back just for the customer service! Store was clean, employees were amazing and no line! They even have a kiosk for Amazon returns and UPS drop offs if you don't want to wait in line. Highly recommend!
